Address Book helps in searching any record in thousands of records in a few seconds. You can either search by person's name or company's name. Search by alphabet button to display the names starting from that alphabet.
Scroll the records by mouse or by arrow keys. Page up and page down buttons can be used to display next nine records or previous nine records. Home button will display the first page and End button will display the last page. Search criteria is highlighted to show whether you are searching person or company.
Dialing facility is available if modem is installed. You can dial telephone numbers and mobile numbers just with one click by mouse. Dialing facility can be used whether you have a direct telephone line or an extension from a PABX system. PABX line access code can be set in the software.
With one click you can open the email ID of the contact to send emails. You neither have to copy and paste the email ID or manually enter. Similarly with one click you can open the website of the contact.
Nine contact records can be viewed at a time. Records can be added deleted and edited easily.
You can have a central database for 25- 30 users. All these users can share all the contacts, add, delete or edit the records.
